Towards its expected launch in 2021, Irwell Hill Residences will be situated along Irwell Bank Road. The 99-year leasehold plot will be around 12,786.5 square meters. This provides for a potential gross floor area of 35,803 square meters. Irwell Hill Residences will accommodate two residential highrise towers of about 36 storeys.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority will play a consultative role in ensuring that existing mature trees will be retained, and to provide landscaping that will maintain the overall green ambiance of the area.

 With an estimated 540 units, Irwell Hill Residences provides its residents with ample communal, recreational facilities, and greenery. Residents will be rest assured that there will be no overcrowding within the development.
